Theidea that the engines in Alfa Romeo cars are so special and unique that they require a specific FCA oil seems, well, unlikely. When it comes time for me to change the oil in my car it will get Mobil 1 of the correct viscosity, probably bought on sale somewhere, and I won't spend a moment worrying about it.

Theoil service reset is based purely on the number of regens of the DPF filter. This is expected to be every 21000 miles and is set into the ecu as a mileage based parameter. MES is able to tell the ECU that the oil has has been changed without changing it! As said before make sure they change it for the right oil, I always use
