Verysimilar to the screenshot - that the problem is in communication errors. For full-fledged operation on A4 B8, a newer VCDS with normal supported UDS- protocol is needed. Try to reboot the power (remove and put the terminal on the battery) then remove all errors through the appropriate command in the gateway.
