Things to consider: 1. Some games implement PS5 controller support and for these games you should disable the Steam controller interface. 2. Some games can only see the controller via wired connection. 3. Some games only support the Xbox controller on Windows and then you're going to need DS4, just make sure you download Ryochan version.
